SHRIMP AND ARTICHOKES HEARTS

1 (no. 2) can astichoke hearts, drained.
3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 1/2 cups cream
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
I tsp paprika
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Arrange artichokes hearts in a buttered baking dish.
spread the shrimp over the artichokes hearts.

Saute sliced mushrooms in butter for 6 minutes and add to the baking dish.
Mix worcestershire sauce with sherry and cream and pour into the baking dish.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake for 30 to 40 minuter.
